After searchign for awhile the problem witht he avatars has been solved. All Registered users can now use avatars. Avatars are set to a limit of 80x80 and Profile Pictures are set to a max of 100x100. Avatars are shown when posting in forum, and Profile Pictures are shown when viewing profile.
