Well, for those of us who can't get a girlfriend, it technically could. After it's been on for awhile, it'd be warm, so it'd keep you warm for a little while, externally. It wouldn't give you the internal warmness of having a girlfriend. (damn I wish I had a girlfriend....it'd be better than my XBox :) )
